Age Group Information
Campers are split into age groups. This ensures that campers receive equal amounts of 1 on 1 coaching time and keeps the level of athleticism between campers equal.
Each session has its own age group separations:
Beginners 6-8, 9-11, 12-15
Intermediate 7-10, 11-14, 15-18
Advanced 9-11, 12-14 15-18

Curriculum
Monday – Positions
Focus on handlers, cutters, and hybrids. This session will cover the roles and responsibilities of each position on the field.
Tuesday – Offense
Explore offensive strategies, including how to run a vertical stack and a horizontal stack. This will help in setting up effective offensive plays.
Wednesday – Defense
Work on marking techniques, person defense, and field awareness. The emphasis will be on improving defensive positioning and reading the game.
Thursday – Competition Training
Dedicate this day to preparing for tournaments. This will include game-time strategies, tips on handling high-pressure situations, and mental preparation to stay focused during competition.
